Jano grew up on a farm in South Africa. The default one with sheep, cows, pigs, chickens, and a lot more. Like Old MacDonald.His first 18 years of life he was extremely shy. If you could imagine a spectrum of 1-10. 1 being the shy where you talk a lot with your close friends and family, the ones you're comfy with.10 is not even talking a lot with the people you are most comfortable with. He was an 11.Then, the 2020 China virus happened. Lockdown happened. Jano's life made a complete 180-degree change.He's now one of the most confident people out there, he loves talking with people now. (Which when he was younger he didn't even know how to talk to people)He changed himself from an extreme introvert to an extreme extrovert. But now and again, he has "Introvert days" as he calls it, where he just talks a lot less.

Jano discovered Copywriting in 2018. Back when he thought it was "Copyright" lol.His uncle is a retired copywriter. He retired at the age of 40-something. His uncle is the one that got him into it.He gave Jano a few copywriting books and told him, "Learn this skill since you don't want to learn a trade."The one book was from David Ogilvy, called "Ogilvy on Advertising"Claude Hopkins' "Scientific Advertising"Robert Collier's "The Robert Collier Letter Book"Gary Halbert's "The Boron Letters"And the last book, I've been told it's the Holy Grail for copywriters. Written by Eugene M. Schwartz, "Breakthrough Advertising"These books got Jano into copywriting. He loved the idea of how you can sell to the masses on such a deep level with just words.
